Preparation report: Denfeld’s gale secures victory on the road
The teams went at half time tied at 1, but Parker Chastey broke the deadlock with a 55th-minute goal. Joe Eklund then netted a pair, scoring in both the 63rd and 64th.
Conrad Lazzaro made three saves for Denfeld.

Superior had three hat tricks on the same day, winning both of her games in a quadrangular at Wausau West on Saturday.
In the shutout win over West, Jacob Kidd scored twice in the first half, then completed his winning trifecta with a penalty eight minutes remaining.
Against East, Kidd and Ethan DeFoe both scored three goals.
Cloquet-Esko-Carlton 2, Hermantown 1
Ryan Tomsche’s goals two minutes apart in the first half were enough for a Lake Superior Conference victory at Cloquet.
Sterling Trok made 10 saves for Hermantown and helped teammate Nathan Hill score for the Hawks.
Hudson 31, Superior 6
The Raiders scored the first 31 points on Friday to drop the Spartans to 1-6 on aggregate.
Tim Hasapopolous returned the opening kickoff for a touchdown for HUdson, who then moved away from rushing touchdowns from Jaiden Warner, Andrew Caples and Carter Mears.
Carson Gotaelere hit a late touchdown and led his team on the ground (17 carries, 56 yards) and passing (4 on 11 for 38 yards).
Superior hosts Chippewa Falls Friday.
