The Versante hotel in Richmond quietly opened its second dining concept earlier this month, the Cask Whiskey Vault.
Now open to hotel guests and certain reservations, this luxurious 65-seat whiskey lounge offers a collection of single malts, bourbons and blended whiskeys.
When it comes to bites, guests who have booked here can indulge in a menu of Japanese-inspired cuisine.
The dining space has a robata grill and a custom 30 foot bar.
Expect live entertainment on Thursday and Sunday evenings and various events along the way.
The Cask Whiskey Vault also offers two private tasting rooms; each can be booked for 10 to 12 people.
