Clutter is an open source graphics library, rendered through OpenGL and OpenGL ES, that allows for hardware-accelerated user interfaces in applications. It has bindings in Perl, Vala, and Python, uses GTK+ as the native toolkit, and employs media playback using GStreamer and 2D graphics rendering using cairo.
